Qui! prides itself on personal recommendation for all clients and candidates.

At Qui!, we will only send candidates to clients having met both parties, so that culture, commission structure, career path and team environment are covered before interview.

At Qui!, candidates are actively encouraged to research and prepare for the interview themselves, so that their perception of the client is unique and sincere to them.

Qui! does not headhunt from Clients and at no time would a placed candidate ever be recontacted by Qui! (unless the client wanted regular feedback updates, or if the candidate contacted Qui independently), in line with the recommended guidelines by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.
