Candidates are in control of where they want their CV to go to, matched to carefully selected clients, whom have all been personally met by Qui!, in order to ensure the best culture fit for both parties.

Qui! does not “CV fling” to as many clients as possible for a “send out” exercise. This ensures maximum confidentiality for candidates and genuinely interested applicants for clients.

Likewise, there are no “bums on seats” for clients; if no one meets the candidate specification, Qui! won’t waste your time with candidates who are unsuitable.

Qui! will consult clients on the marketplace and ensure they only meet genuine, pre-screened, interested candidates, in order for them both to judge whether the opportunity is right for their business and for the applicant's career.
