Lysha founded Qui Recruitment in 2005 to establish a different type of Rec2Rec service. Her recruitment career commenced in 1998 when she began in a national firm as a key part of their exec search division focusing on engineering and manufacturing clients in the west Midlands. In 2001, Lysha moved into the glamorous world of media and Advertising recruitment, placing creatives and “suits” equally for agencies. In 2002, Lysha had to step in to take over a R2R desk and from that day, she never went back to her previous market.  Lysha launched Qui in 2005 to fulfill a much needed candidate led, covert, proactive search for the candidate. 

 

Lysha is the host of The Recruiters Recruitment Podcast, which has been broadcasting since 2020, with guests and listeners in this incredible community in every corner of the globe. Lysha is the co-founder of Women in Recruitment Leadership, an invite only community for Female Founders, C Suite and senior leadership levels, with the emphasis on creating a “no barrier” concept to new females as they enter and progress in the industry. 

 

Lysha is a Founding Champion for Mental Health in Recruitment and is qualified in MHFA. She is also  a renowned champion for Sobriety having made this huge life choice back in 2017. Away from work, Lysha can be found in the gym first thing, doing strength training and pilates (not together), or if the weather is fine, up a hill somewhere. To unwind, Lysha is a self professed book worm and also devours podcasts of all genres.
